Oui, c'est vraiment le cas d'appeler ce fruit \u201csuperaliment\u201d. Commen\u00e7ons par les origines, puis approfondissons l'une des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du kiwi pour lesquelles il est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 et connu : son effet sur la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 intestinale. La constipation est un probl\u00e8me courant, \u00e0 tel point que dans la population occidentale, son impact est estim\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 24% chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, en particulier les femmes. En cas de constipation, des mesures g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sont recommand\u00e9es, comme une augmentation de l'apport en eau, en fibres alimentaires et l'utilisation de laxatifs. Une alimentation avec une quantit\u00e9 suffisante de fibres (20-35 g par jour) aide \u00e0 former des selles molles et volumineuses. Les kiwis entiers sont utilis\u00e9s et promus depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es pour le confort abdominal. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les composants pr\u00e9sents dans les kiwis augmentent le volume et la douceur des selles. On pense que la combinaison de fibres solubles et insolubles, de polyph\u00e9nols, et en particulier d'une mol\u00e9cule appel\u00e9e <em>Actinidine<\/em>, conf\u00e8rent des bienfaits gastro-intestinaux, une r\u00e9duction de l'inconfort abdominal, tant chez les personnes atteintes du syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable que chez les personnes en bonne sant\u00e9 souffrant de constipation. Il est connu que <strong>la teneur en fibres alimentaires du kiwi est d'environ 3,4 g\/100 g<\/strong>, se dimostrant ainsi \u00eatre une bonne source de fibres alimentaires. De plus, l'une des substances retrouv\u00e9es dans le kiwi et qui s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9e pouvoir interagir pour favoriser un transit r\u00e9gulier est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l'actinidine, une enzyme prot\u00e9olytique. Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que<strong> l'actinidine aide \u00e0 la digestion des prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> \u200b\u200baussi bien dans l'estomac que dans l'intestin gr\u00eale. Tout cela sugg\u00e8re que l'enzyme pourrait aider \u00e0 la digestion des prot\u00e9ines, \u00e9tant ainsi b\u00e9n\u00e9fique m\u00eame pour les personnes dont la fonction digestive est alt\u00e9r\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<h2>Les bienfaits du kiwi dans l'alimentation quotidienne<\/h2>\n<p> Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que la consommation quotidienne de deux kiwis augmente la fr\u00e9quence, r\u00e9duit le temps de transit gastro-intestinal et am\u00e9liore les mesures de confort intestinal. En effet,<strong> le kiwi favorise un effet pr\u00e9biotique<\/strong>, c'est-\u00e0-dire un soutien \u00e0 notre microbiote intestinal, favorisant la teneur en lactobacilles et en bifidobact\u00e9ries, tant que le fruit est consomm\u00e9. L'effet a vari\u00e9 d'un individu \u00e0 l'autre. <strong>Les kiwis sont une bonne source alimentaire de mol\u00e9cules d'origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong> \u00e0 action antioxydante, comme nous le savons d\u00e9j\u00e0, entre toutes la vitamine C. La consommation quotidienne de deux kiwis pendant quatre semaines am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 antioxydante chez les sujets souffrant d'hyperlipid\u00e9mie, c'est-\u00e0-dire d'un profil lipidique non optimal. On a constat\u00e9 comment <strong>la consommation hebdomadaire de kiwis est corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration des profils lipidiques sanguins<\/strong> et \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des risques cardiovasculaires. Cela conduit \u00e0 la conclusion que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du kiwi peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le dans la gestion de certaines pathologies chronico-d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives, telles que le diab\u00e8te, en particulier le diab\u00e8te de type 2, dont les causes sont davantage imputables au mode de vie et aux habitudes alimentaires. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jingold.it\/fr\/kiwi-vert\/\">kiwi vert<\/a> et il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jingold.it\/fr\/kiwi-jaune\/\">kiwi jaune<\/a> ils ont respectivement des indices glyc\u00e9miques (IG) mesur\u00e9s de 39 et 48, ce qui les place dans la cat\u00e9gorie des aliments \u00e0 faible indice glyc\u00e9mique (IG &lt; 55). La r\u00e9ponse glyc\u00e9mique \u00e0 un fruit d\u00e9pend non seulement de l&#039;indice glyc\u00e9mique, mais aussi de la quantit\u00e9 de glucides qu&#039;il contient. Puisque<strong> le kiwi contient seulement 12% de glucides environ<\/strong> disponibles et un IG bas, l'impact du kiwi sur la glyc\u00e9mie est faible, \u00e0 tel point qu'il est tol\u00e9r\u00e9 par les personnes souffrant de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline ou, pire, de diab\u00e8te. La teneur en fibres du kiwi peut \u00e9galement retarder l'absorption des glucides, par une action de gonflement qui r\u00e9duit la vitesse de diffusion des sucres. Ceci est d\u00fb au fait<strong> les fibres contenues dans le kiwi ont une bonne capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention d'eau<\/strong>. Quand elles sont ing\u00e9r\u00e9es, les fibres contenues dans le kiwi retiennent l'eau, gonflant et \u00e9paississant, acqu\u00e9rant une consistance g\u00e9latineuse. Lorsque le repas est dig\u00e9r\u00e9, les aliments sont d\u00e9compos\u00e9s en sucres plus simples, qui se d\u00e9placent plus lentement le long de la substance g\u00e9latineuse form\u00e9e par les fibres. De cette fa\u00e7on, <strong>les sucres sont lentement absorb\u00e9s dans le sang<\/strong> et l'\u00e9nergie est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e plus graduellement. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que<strong> Consommer trois kiwis par jour pendant 3 semaines am\u00e9liore la pression art\u00e9rielle<\/strong>, ainsi que des effets antithrombotiques chez les hommes fumeurs, d'\u00e2ge moyen et \u00e2g\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<h2>Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes du kiwi<\/h2>\n<p> La pr\u00e9sence de composants antioxydants tels que la vitamine C, la vitamine E, les polyph\u00e9nols, un rapport favorable entre le sodium et le potassium pourrait expliquer les effets physiologiques b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques li\u00e9s au fruit. Cet apport cons\u00e9quent en antioxydants rend la consommation de kiwi int\u00e9ressante \u00e9galement dans une optique plus \u201c\u00a0dermocosm\u00e9tique\u00a0\u201d, par exemple visant \u00e0 lutter contre l'acn\u00e9. En renfort de cette th\u00e8se, la quantit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de <em>Acides alpha-hydroxyl\u00e9s<\/em>, substances aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s exfoliantes prononc\u00e9es, largement utilis\u00e9es en cosm\u00e9tique et dont le kiwi est particuli\u00e8rement riche. La fonction des <em>Acides alpha-hydroxyl\u00e9s <\/em>c'est celle de <strong>am\u00e9liorer l'aspect de la peau \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s<\/strong>, agissant sur les impuret\u00e9s, les taches et les rides, nourrissant en profondeur le derme et favorisant la production de collag\u00e8ne. La Vitamine C semble ensuite renforcer davantage l'effet des alpha-hydroxyacides, \u00e9tant elle-m\u00eame impliqu\u00e9e dans les processus de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du collag\u00e8ne. Dans le Kiwi, nous trouvons \u00e9galement une bonne quantit\u00e9 de Vitamine A, capable \u00e9galement d'exercer une action antioxydante et tonifiante, \u00e9tant un rem\u00e8de de choix pour contrer l'acn\u00e9. De plus,<strong> le kiwi prot\u00e8ge des rayons UV gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la vitamine E<\/strong>, antioxydante qui combat l'apparition de taches et d'imperfections cutan\u00e9es dues \u00e0 l'exposition au soleil, \u00e0 la pollution environnementale ou \u00e0 des habitudes incorrectes telles que le tabagisme. <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p> <em><strong>Bibliographie\u00a0:<\/strong><\/em> <em>Svendsen M, Tonstad S, Heggen E, et al.
