Cette caract\u00e9ristique lui est conf\u00e9r\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence de fibres solubles et insolubles, ce qui en fait donc un aliment adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui suivent un r\u00e9gime de contr\u00f4le du poids. <strong>La composition chimique entre les diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces de kiwi n'est cependant pas toujours la m\u00eame<\/strong> et cela peut aussi avoir des effets sur l'app\u00e9tibilit\u00e9. Consid\u00e9rons par exemple l'esp\u00e8ce <em>actinidia deliciosa <\/em>e <em>Actinidia chinensis<\/em> et nous remarquons \u00e0 quel point leur g\u00e9nome est similaire, tout comme leur teneur en fructose et en glucose est similaire. Si on les compare \u00e0 l'esp\u00e8ce de kiwi <em>actinidia arguta<\/em> le rapport entre le saccharose, le glucose et le fructose varie, \u00e9tant beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour ce dernier. Sa cons\u00e9quence naturelle est aussi de conf\u00e9rer un go\u00fbt plus sucr\u00e9 que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. <em>Actinidia arguta <\/em>pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement des niveaux 4 \u00e0 6 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de <em>inositol<\/em> par rapport \u00e0 <em>Actinidia deliciosa <\/em>e <em>Actinidia chinensis<\/em>, en faisant de celui-ci l'une des sources alimentaires les plus riches en ce sucre. L'inositol repr\u00e9sente un pr\u00e9cieux alli\u00e9 pour notre sant\u00e9 et est souvent recommand\u00e9 chez les femmes atteintes du syndrome des ovaires polykystiques pour contrer les troubles li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline que ces sujets manifestent souvent. Cet autre exemple nous d\u00e9montre comment les calories du kiwi sont \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es et comment les sucres qu'il contient ne sont pas dangereux pour notre sant\u00e9, chez les sujets sains. Au contraire<strong> l'utilisation quotidienne et correcte du kiwi repr\u00e9sente un aliment \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/strong> Pour sa teneur en sucre, il peut \u00eatre inclus dans tout type de r\u00e9gime alimentaire. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les calories du kiwi et des fruits dans un contexte g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p> Aujourd'hui, au-del\u00e0 des bienfaits r\u00e9els d'un aliment, le consommateur se demande de plus en plus souvent combien de calories il contient, comme dans le cas des calories et du kiwi, repr\u00e9sentant parfois le seul crit\u00e8re pour savoir s'il peut le consommer ou non. D'un point de vue scientifique, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'avoir une vision plus large, car selon la mani\u00e8re dont nous choisissons de manger les aliments, ceux-ci auront un impact diff\u00e9rent sur notre m\u00e9tabolisme. En effet, il est diff\u00e9rent de choisir un aliment \u00e0 consommer cru, par rapport \u00e0 un aliment cuit, tout comme il est diff\u00e9rent de le manger seul ou accompagn\u00e9 d'autre chose. Il est important par exemple de consid\u00e9rer une autre valeur, comme l'indice glyc\u00e9mique. L'indice glyc\u00e9mique exprime une valeur num\u00e9rique qui indique l'augmentation du glucose dans le sang suite \u00e0 la consommation d'un aliment. Plus un aliment contient de fibres, solubles et insolubles, plus l'indice glyc\u00e9mique sera bas. <strong>Le kiwi a un indice glyc\u00e9mique moyen de 52. <\/strong>Lorsque nous pensons aux fruits, nous viennent \u00e0 l'esprit des aliments bons, sains, naturels et sucr\u00e9s. Ils contiennent en effet une quantit\u00e9 appr\u00e9ciable de fructose, c'est pourquoi il est recommand\u00e9 de limiter leur consommation \u00e0 un maximum de quatre portions par jour. Le fructose, c'est-\u00e0-dire le sucre pr\u00e9sent dans les fruits, est encore plus sucr\u00e9 que le saccharose, le sucre blanc courant, mais son comportement dans notre organisme est diff\u00e9rent. En effet, pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 par l'organisme, le fructose est transform\u00e9 par le foie en glucose, et c'est cette transformation qui fait que le sucre ne monte pas aussi rapidement dans le sang que ce qui se passe avec d'autres sucres simples. Le saccharose, par exemple, compos\u00e9 d'une mol\u00e9cule de fructose et d'une mol\u00e9cule de glucose, entra\u00eene en revanche une augmentation imm\u00e9diate du taux de sucre dans le sang. C'est pourquoi les fruits deviennent un aliment bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9 par les diab\u00e9tiques en quantit\u00e9s mod\u00e9r\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<h2>Fruits et perte de poids<\/h2>\n<p> <strong>La consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de fruits peut nous aider \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser notre app\u00e9tit.<\/strong>, favorisant la perte de poids. De nombreuses recherches ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 comment le fructose diminue la quantit\u00e9 de calories et de graisses consomm\u00e9es par rapport au glucose et au saccharose qui, au contraire, favorisent une augmentation de l'app\u00e9tit. Des \u00e9tudes scientifiques l'ont prouv\u00e9 avec l'exp\u00e9rience suivante. Les personnes impliqu\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9es en deux groupes. Au premier groupe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournies des boissons contenant du fructose, et au second, des boissons contenant du saccharose, un \u00e9dulcorant comme l'aspartame, ou du glucose. Dans les deux cas, cela s'est produit trente minutes avant l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un buffet \u00e0 consommation illimit\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9sultats furent unanimes : ceux qui avaient re\u00e7u de la nourriture ou des boissons \u00e9dulcor\u00e9es au fructose mangeaient nettement moins de calories et de graisses que les groupes qui avaient re\u00e7u de l'aspartame, du glucose et du saccharose.
