- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Mozzarella (preferably buffalo mozzarella)
- 2 Jingold kiwifruit
- one handful of basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
Preparation
Wash the tomatoes, peel the kiwi and slice them into equal thickness. Drain the mozzarella from its water and slice it in the same way.
Sprinkle the dish with basil leaves, sea salt, and olive oil, and garnish with balsamic glaze.
