Apple and kiwi cake

Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwi Jingold
  • 2 apples
  • 250g of 00 flour
  • 140g of sugar
  • 60g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 130g of plain yogurt
  • 10g baking powder
  • ½ lemon

Preparation

Wash and peel the apples, dice one and slice the other thinly. Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside. Peel the kiwis and slice them thinly. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and frothy. Add the butter, previously melted in a bain-marie and left to cool slightly. Stir in the yogurt and, little by little, the flour sifted with the baking powder. Finally, add the diced apple. Grease a baking tin, pour in the mixture, and decorate with the apple slices and kiwi rounds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
