Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
- 220 ml of almond milk
- 150g of bananas (peeled, cut into chunks) and frozen
- 200g diced mango pulp
- 100 g of diced pineapple flesh
- 3 yellow kiwis
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Ingredients for oat crumble:
- 60 g of porridge oats
- 60g of wholemeal flour
- 50g of cold butter
- 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
A fresh and thirst-quenching smoothie with Jingold yellow kiwis, tropical fruits, turmeric, and oats. Jingold yellow kiwi is the tasty star of the recipe we are presenting. First, prepare the crumble: in a bowl, combine the flour, oats, cubed butter, sugar, and salt. Knead with your fingers just enough to get a crumbly mixture. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. After this time, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. In a blender, combine the bananas, almond milk, mango, Jingold kiwis, turmeric, and honey. Blend everything until you get a creamy mixture; if necessary, adjust the consistency with more milk. Pour into 4 glass jars or bowls and decorate with the gold kiwis, first sliced and then cut into a flower shape using a cookie cutter. Serve immediately.
