- 1 green apple
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 green Jingold kiwis
- 2 glasses of rice milk
Preparation
Peel the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Put it in the blender with the milk. The banana makes the recipe sweet, so you won't need to add sugar! Blend vigorously until you have a smooth, uniform mixture. Adjust the consistency (by adding milk or banana according to your preference) and reach the desired temperature by leaving the smoothie to rest in the fridge. Serve in jam jars with colourful straws!
