Ingredients
- 250g green salad
- 5 kiwi Jingold
- 130g of Parma ham
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil, as needed.
- Sale q.b.
- Pepper to taste.
Preparation
Begin the preparation by washing the salad and drying it thoroughly. Then, proceed to cut it into fairly thin strips, then take the kiwis, peel them, and slice them into rounds. In a large bowl, place the salad and the cut kiwi. Next, dice the ham into small cubes. Add this to the bowl as well and mix everything well. Finally, season with orange juice, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve.
