- 2 green Jingold kiwis
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ frozen banana
- 100 ml plant-based latte
- flaked almonds as needed.
- 2 mint leaves
Preparation
Making a green smoothie with green kiwis, avocado, and bananas is simple. To start, slice a banana into rounds, place it in a bag, and leave it in the freezer for a few hours. Once frozen, put it in a blender with the diced kiwi, avocado flesh, and plant-based milk, also adding a couple of ice cubes. Blend everything until you get a thick and creamy smoothie. Adjust the consistency by adding milk or water to taste. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with almond flakes, sliced kiwi, and mint leaves. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight bottle for a maximum of 24 hours.
