Tiramisù is a delicious creamy dessert loved by young and old. In our original recipe, we propose a version with yellow kiwi, amaretto biscuits and pineapple.

Here is how to prepare the eggless tiramisù with kiwi, amaretto biscuits and pineapple: with a whisk, mix the mascarpone with the castor sugar. In another bowl, whip the fresh cream and incorporate it delicately into the mascarpone mixture, fold it in from the bottom to the top to keep it airy.

Dip the soft amaretto biscuits in the coconut milk and place them, one next to the other, in a baking dish covering the bottom completely.

Place the mixture inside a piping bag with a smooth, 13 mm tip. Use it to create dollops of cream on the biscuit base.

Add a layer of yellow kiwi, peeled and sliced, and pineapples cut to your liking. Continue making layers until all the ingredients have been used, with dollops of mascarpone cream as the final layer. To serve a perfect tiramisù, chill the dessert for at least 4 hours.

Once chilled, garnish the dessert with slices of red kiwi, currants and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
