Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon of whole grains (oats, buckwheat, barley, rice)
- 2 teaspoons of mixed seeds (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
- 1 pot of low-fat yoghurt (you can choose soy or rice yoghurt for a vegan version)
- ½ lemon
- 1 ripe small banana
- 100g of kiwi
Preparation
In a blender, finely chop the flax seeds, whole grain cereals and oil seeds. Add the yoghurt, lemon and banana and blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces. Add them to the mixture and mix. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the fridge and decorate with the cut kiwi fruit and a teaspoon of linseed.
Breakfast is served!
