Smoothie bowl with Kiwi and Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 Kiwi Jingold
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 banana
  • The juice of 2 large oranges
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Preparation

Peel the mango and remove the flesh, being careful not to break the pit. Also peel the kiwi and banana. Take half of the banana and slice it into not-too-thin pieces. Then blend the mango, kiwi, and the other half of the banana with the orange juice until you obtain a creamy purée. Arrange the fruit purée in bowls, decorate with raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds and banana slices, and eat immediately.
