Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 BOWLS

  • 500 g of ricotta
  • 100g sugar
  • 25g of dark chocolate chips
  • 4 kiwifruit Jingold Rossi

Preparation

PREPARATION:

  1. Put the ricotta in a bowl and cream it with the sugar, using a fork. If you prefer it less rustic and creamier, you can use an electric whisk. Add the dark chocolate chips and mix.
  2. Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces. Take some small bowls and make a layer of kiwi, put some cream on top, add more fruit, more cream, and garnish the ricotta and kiwi bowls with kiwi slices.
  3. If you don't serve them immediately, keep the ramekins in the fridge.
