INGREDIENTS FOR 4 BOWLS
- 500 g of ricotta
- 100g sugar
- 25g of dark chocolate chips
- 4 kiwifruit Jingold Rossi
Preparation
PREPARATION:
- Put the ricotta in a bowl and cream it with the sugar, using a fork. If you prefer it less rustic and creamier, you can use an electric whisk. Add the dark chocolate chips and mix.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces. Take some small bowls and make a layer of kiwi, put some cream on top, add more fruit, more cream, and garnish the ricotta and kiwi bowls with kiwi slices.
- If you don't serve them immediately, keep the ramekins in the fridge.
