Beef tagliata with rocket, kiwi and parmesan petals
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
- beef tenderloin: 400g
- rocket 60g
- parmesan 40g
- kiwi 50g
- EVO oil 20g
- salt and pepper to taste
Marinate the meat with olive oil, salt and pepper on all sides. Season the rocket, prepare the parmesan petals and finely chop the Jingold kiwis. Then proceed to cook the meat in a very hot pan, ensuring that both sides are properly sealed and finishing with your preferred cooking method (medium or rare).
Leave the meat covered to rest for a few minutes and then cut it. Place the various elements on the plate and season the beef tagliata with olive oil, salt and pepper.
