Gold Kiwi Smoothie with tropical fruits and turmeric with oatmeal crumble

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

  • 2 teaspoons of powdered turmeric
  • 220 ml of almond milk
  • 150 g of bananas (peeled, cut into slices) and frozen
  • 200 g of mango pulp in pieces
  • 100 g of pineapple pulp in pieces
  • 3 Jingold gold kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

 

Ingredients for the oatmeal crumble:

  • 60 g of oatmeal
  • 60 g of whole wheat flour
  • 50 g of cold butter
  • 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
  • a pinch of salt

PREPARATION:

A cool and thirst-quenching smoothie with Jingold gold kiwi, tropical fruits, turmeric and oatmeal. The Jingold gold kiwi is the star of the recipe we present to you.

First, you will prepare the crumble: in a bowl, add the flour, oatmeal, diced butter, sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients with your fingers to obtain a coarse, crumbly mixture. Add the mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes. Next, bake the crumble in an oven preheated to 180° for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.

Place the bananas, almond milk, mango, Jingold kiwi, turmeric and honey in a blender. Blend the ingredients to a creamy mixture, if necessary add more milk for the right consistency. Pour the mixture into 4 glass jars or bowl and garnish with the gold kiwi cut first into slices and then into flowers by using a cookie cutter. Serve immediately.
