Green Smoothie: recipe with Jingold green kiwis, avocado and banana
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Jingold green kiwis
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ frozen banana
- 100 ml plant-based milk
- almond flakes to taste
- 2 mint leaves
PREPARATION:
Preparing a green smoothie con green kiwis, avocado and banana is easy. To start, slice up a banana, put it in a freezer bag and leave it in the freezer for a few hours.
Once it is frozen, put it inside a blender together with the kiwis cut in cubes, the avocado pulp and the plant-based milk, also adding a few ice cubes.
Blend until getting a dense and creamy smoothie.
Adjust the consistency, if necessary, by adding a little more of the milk or some water.
Pour the smoothie in a glass and garnish with almond flakes, kiwi slices and mint leaves.
Enjoy it immediately, or store it in the fridge in a hermetically closed bottle for no more than 24 hours.
