Multi-vitamin Smoothie

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:

  • Kiwi 200 g
  • Banana 50 g
  • Carrot 50 g

PREPARATION:

Clean and cut all the ingredients. Blend everything together until you obtain a smooth and silky consistency.

Add orange juice to taste (or fresh oranges, if you decide to use this recipe in winter).
