Mango and kiwi summer bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • lime juice
  • low fat yoghurt
  • coconut flakes
  • shelled almonds
  • pomegranate or red fruits to taste
  • chia seeds

METHOD:

Peel and pit the mango then cut it into small pieces. Place the pulp in a mixer and blend with the lime juice and greek yoghurt. Add a little sugar for a cream with a sweeter flavour. Place the cream in a bowl, slice the kiwi and use it to top the mango purée. Garnish with coconut flakes, chia seeds, red fruits to taste and a handful of shelled almonds. This bowl recipe is best enjoyed in the morning, for a blast of flavour and energy!
