A healthy and delicious ice cream, perfect for those hot summer days!

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Kiwi ice cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 g Jingold kiwi
  • 100 g cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 dextrose
  • 5 g carob flour

METHOD:

Bring the water to the boil, add the sugar and dextrose to form a syrup. Cool in a bowl once ready. In the meantime, peel and cut the kiwis into small pieces, then purée using an immersion blender. Add the syrup to the kiwi cream along with the cream and flour. Stir to obtain a smooth mixture.
Leave the cream to set in an ice cream maker for about an hour, remove, cover thoroughly and place in the freezer. Your ice cream will be ready to be enjoyed after and hour. Make it even more delicious by garnishing it with other fresh fruits or some crunchy wafers.
