Fresh kiwi smoothie


  • 2 kiwis
  • a handful of strawberries or coconut flakes
  • Greek yoghurt to taste
  • soy or coconut milk
  • a handful of strawberries or coconut flakes
  • Fresh sliced kiwi
  • forest fruit preserve


Clean the kiwis using a knife and cut them into slices, removing the white part. Put them in a blender, then add yoghurt and a little milk: you can choose the milk you prefer, but we recommend soy or coconut milk to make it even tastier and healthier.
Mix everything together until you obtain a smooth, uniform mixture. If you want a more creamy result, add more yoghurt to the mix.
Pour it into a smoothie glass and top it off with coconut flakes or chopped strawberries.
We advise you to eat it immediately, early in the morning on an empty stomach, to enjoy all the benefits of this smoothie throughout the day!
