Beat the spring blues with bananas, kiwis and spirulina!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Antioxidant kiwi snack

INGREDIENTS:

2 kiwis
1 and a half bananas
50 g natural aloe vera juice
1 spoonful of spirulina
1 handful of ice cubes
2 walnuts

METHOD:

Peel the bananas and Jingold kiwis and slice. Put the fruit in a blender and blend to a creamy consistency. Add the aloe vera juice and a teaspoon of spirulina. Blend for a few more minutes. Pour the shake into a jug and add a few ice cubes. Garnish with a few walnut pieces before serving.
Enjoy with some kiwi Jingold muffins, for a spring-proof snack!
