Stock up on vitamins, proteins and healthy fats with this super salad… perfect before or after a workout!

Healthy Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Jingold kiwis
  • 70 g prosciutto crudo or bresaola (cured ham)
  • mixed leaf salad
  • half a fennel
  • 150 g radicchio
  • 3 walnuts
  • lemon juice
  • Linseed and chia seeds

METHOD:

Thoroughly wash the mixed leaf salad, the fennel and radicchio, dry and cut into thin slices. When eaten raw, radicchio and fennel aid digestion and are tummy de-bloaters par excellence. Place the vegetables in a container, add 3 walnuts (a source of healthy fats) and the ham cleaned of its fat, or the bresaola.

Peel and slice 2 Jingold kiwis, we recommend you mix the gold variety with classic green pulp kiwis to add a super dose of vitamins, flavour and sweetness to your dish!

Add a little salt along with a EVO oil and lemon emulsion. Enjoy your salad within a few hours to savour all the flavour and freshness of each ingredient!
