Hydration…with passion!

Hydration is essential, especially in the summer! Discover which foods you should favour in your daily diet.

Did you know that approximately 60% of the human body is made up of water? One of the most important rules for our well-being, especially during the summer months, is making sure we drink plenty of water, at least 1 and a half litres of water a day. Drinking a lot of water favours the elimination of all waste substances and toxins, makes our skin firmer and more radiant, encourages muscle development and correct organ function.
However, our hectic lifestyle often means that we forget to give our body the right amount of water! Apps have even been designed for those of us who are particularly forgetful, reminding us when and how much to drink.
Not everyone is aware that you can provide your body with even more water by eating certain foods! Here is a list of foods which contribute towards our hydration, because they are rich in water:
