For all the lovers of sun kissed skin, here are all the secrets to a long-lasting tan while still protecting your skin!

Summer is here and so many people are showing off their tan! A word of warning: avoid unpleasant surprises by remembering never to expose yourself to the sun in the middle of the day and use good sun protection everyday, not just when on holiday, selected according to your skin phototype.
The sun has always been an ally of our organism: it improves our mood, it is good for our body, mind and skin, as long as all due precautions are taken.
Here are a few tips for keeping your tan perfect, for longer:

-take vitamins and supplements some time before sun exposure
